Since i upgraded our internal CRM from v4 to 2011 the email router would just stop sending emails and they would just sit there "Pending Send", And looking through the logs did not shed any light on when or why this would happen.

Wow!!, now that was a confusing exam, deffo recommend reading the training literature as prep work some questions i wouldn't have thought would be in this exam.
But Hurray!!, thats 2 down now.
